Woman Stabbed During Altercation at North Side Bar in San Antonio

Two women got into a confrontation, allegedly regarding drugs, at Retox Bar in San Antonio, Texas, in the early hours of May 4. One woman stabbed the other, and was arrested by police. She is facing several charges as the investigation continues. 

It seemed like a regular night at Retox Bar, a north side bar in the 1030 block of Patricia Drive near West Avenue and Blanco Road in San Antonio, Texas. It was around 2:00 a.m. on May 4, 2018 when customers inside noticed trouble starting.

Drugs Reportedly Involved

A woman allegedly tried to sell drugs inside the bar, and landed into a confrontation with another woman who apparently refused to buy any. According to police, it was then that the woman selling the drugs pulled out a knife and stabbed the other. The victim was taken to University Hospital.

Suspect Faces Several Charges

The suspect was taken into custody and now faces several charges. Her identity, age, and other details are not currently known. The victim’s condition is said to be okay, and it is believed that she is out of danger. San Antonio police are still investigating the incident.
