Shooting in Middletown Leaves Man Critically Injured

A 45-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times in Middletown, Ohio.

Shot in the Back and Head

At 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, police found 45-year-old Darin Foster at a home located at 400 block of Young Street in Middletown, Ohio.

Foster was found in the home suffering from two gunshot wounds; one to his back and one to his head/neck area. Miraculously, police say that Foster was not shot in the home, he was actually shot in an alley by the 400 block of Garfield and Baltimore streets. It is currently unknown how Foster made it to the home on Young Street.

He was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital and is currently listed in critical condition. No suspects have currently been named by police, but an update is expected to be released as of 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7.
