Armed Robbery

At approximately 10:36 p.m., two uniformed officers were on patrol in the area of 20th and Capp streets when they were flagged down by two people.

The two suspects told officers that they were victims of an armed robbery. According to the victims, the robbers escaped in a black colored Honda Civic.

A Suspect in Hiding

Shortly after the report, the two officers came across the suspect’s vehicle on Capp Street between 21st and 22nd streets. The officers ordered the first suspect, the driver, out the car. As the first suspect was detained, the officers noticed that the trunk of the Civic was open.
