Oshkosh Police Investigating Homicide of a Teen with Another Injured, A Suspect in Custody

Oshkosh police are trying to figure out what exactly happened among a trio of teens that ended with one dead, another seriously injured, and a third arrested.

This is the latest information on the murder, and what police have made of the entire situation so far.

One Man Dead, Another Man Injured, Both Men Stabbed

Just after 2:17 a.m. on April 6, Oshkosh police were called to 500 block of Mt. Vernon Street in regards a complaint. What they found, however, was a shocking sight.

One man, 18 years old, was dead. The second man was severely injured. Both men suffered multiple stab wounds. The second victim, who was also 18 years old, was transported to the hospital. As of this writing, he is currently in assisted care.

A Suspect Apprehended

Police then went about looking for a third man. In very short time, Oshkosh police arrested a 17-year-old male. The suspect was also suffering from stab wounds when he was caught, the severity of which is unknown.

Currently, no charges have been laid against either of the living men in regards to the murder of the deceased. The identities of the three men have not been revealed to the public. Other than that, police stated that the three men knew one another.
