He has been charged with the following:
- Eight counts of sexual conduct with a minor
- 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor

Matthew Dunlap’s Confession
When arrested, Dunlap confessed to having sexually molested a seven-year-old girl.
According to Dunlap, he engaged in “sex acts” with the child on multiple occasions between October 2016 and October 2017.
Dunlap admitted that he and his girlfriend molested the little girl twice a week for that period.
They also filmed video of the acts.
Because of this, investigators served Apple Inc. with a warrant for Dunlap’s iCloud storage account.
From that iCloud account, authorities obtained multiple videos allegedly showing adults performing sex acts with a child. So far, Dunlap has been identified in eight of those videos and Claire in two.
Who’s the Alleged Victim?
According to Dunlap’s statement to investigators, the little girl they allegedly molested was known to him and Claire.
Claire has a photo on her Facebook profile of a little blonde girl she refers to as her “honorary niece.” Based on a comment two days ago on that photo, this child may be the alleged victim.
A man we won’t name in order to protect the victim’s privacy commented:
“I want my daughter’s picture removed from this. These 2 SICK [expletive] were arrested yesterday…”
The man’s comment goes on to purport that the alleged molester may have also admitted to performing sex acts with his niece as well since August 2016. However, no additional charges against Dunlap have been announced as of yet.
