In an unfortunate turn of events, Sex and the City’s Kim Cattrall said her brother was found dead in Canada. Chris Cattrall was reported missing, and now the body of the 55-year-old was found on his rural property. Find out what happened.

Kim Cattrall took to Instagram at the end of January 2018, calling out to people to help her find her missing brother. She posted detailed information of the day they thought Chris Cattrall went missing, and on February 4, 2018, the English-Canadian actress announced that he was dead.

How Did Chris Cattrall Die?

The details of Chris Cattrall’s cause of death have been kept private, and Kim has also asked the media and the fans for privacy.

“It is with great sadness that myself and my family announce the unexpected passing of our son and brother, Chris Cattrall. At this time we ask for privacy but we want to thank you all on social media for your outpouring of love and support in this trying time,” the actress posted on her Instagram.

The 61-year-old star is devastated by the unexpected passing of her brother Christopher Cattrall.

When she reported him missing, she reached out to people by explaining how it was so unlike Chris to leave his home and belongings.

Katie Osmond, Chris Cattrall’s stepdaughter, took to Facebook about the missing reports, hoping he was safe.

“I know it’s hard to find people when they’ve gone missing. I’m praying that he comes home safe and unharmed,” Katie Osmond wrote. She also shared pictures of her stepfather on Facebook.

Chris Cattrall’s friends and colleagues also took to social media. Callum Donke gave an interview about Cattrall and his friendship with him.

“The guy had the biggest heart. He was well-loved by everyone. He’d be the first one to give you a big hug and tell you he loves you,” Donke said.

“He’s the best boss you could ever have. Anything you needed, he was there for you, right at your side,” he continued.

The loss of a great friend, brother, and father haunts all those who were close to Chris Cattrall, but the cause of Cattrall’s death has still not come out in the open.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer, Corporal Chris Warren, said that the officials found Chris Cattrall in Blackfalds, Alberta, on his rural property.

Chris Cattrall’s suspicious death has still not been made clear to the media, as the officials have not released a statement as to what happened to him.
