Ex Kills Himself After Injuring Girl and Killing Her Boyfriend at Cypress Home

Two men are dead and one woman injured after a man killed his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend, shot her, then shot himself in Cypress, Texas.

A Murder, an Injury, and a Suicide

At approximately 3:30 a.m. on March 26, a shooting was reported to Harris County Sheriff’s Office. When investigators arrived at 14700 block of Cypress Rosehill Road, they discovered a terrible scene.

Previously, a man arrived at the home, looking for his ex-girlfriend. He pounded on the garage door and eventually realized that the code to get inside did not change.

The man made his way into the home and soon encountered his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend, whom he shot and killed. He then found his ex-girlfriend and shot her before turning the gun on himself. His ex-girlfriend survived and was transported to the hospital.

Also home was the homeowner’s daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend. Neither one were injured. When the shooting began, they hid in a room and called the police.
