The incident is under investigation, and authorities believe the victim is known to the suspect. Gillett said that the victim was with a group of individuals in the parking lot when the shooting occurred. The circumstances of the shooting are currently not disclosed.

Police also said that after the shooting, the suspect fled in a black, newer model, four-door vehicle. The initial description of the gunman provided states that the suspect is a black male, approximately 5’10” to 5’11”, wearing a navy blue shirt.
