29-Year-Old Man Critically Injured in Gresham Shooting

A drive-by shooting left a man shot, and police looking for suspects in the South Side of Chicago.

Injured but Alive

A 29-year-old was sitting in his vehicle near the 8200 block of South Loomis, of the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side. At approximately 1:23 a.m., another car appeared and opened fire on the 29-year-old male.

Luckily, help came quickly and the man, who was shot in the arm, abdomen, and leg, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical. As of this writing, the injured man is listed in critical condition.

Meanwhile, police are scouring the area to try and find clues as to the identity the shooters and locate the car.
