Gold Alert Issued for Missing 17-Year-Old Regan Eddy

New Castle County Police are currently on the lookout for a teenager Regan Eddy who went missing from the community of Winterbury in Delaware. Here are details about the case.

On May 7, at around 4:10 p.m. New Castle County Police were sent to the unit block of Winterbury Circle after receiving a report of a missing person. Upon arrival, officials learned that Regan Eddy made some concerning statements before fleeing in a vehicle.

Authorities described Eddy as a white female, who is 5’11”, weighs 130 pounds, has blonde hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, and pink and gray shorts.

According to reports, she fled in a 2016 white Audi with the Delaware plates 906947, and her vehicle has a West Virginia University Sticker on the back. Authorities are urging people who may have information about Eddy to get in touch with New Castle County police at 302-573-2800. Those with smartphoness can also message 911.

As listed on Facebook, her full name is likely Regan McKenna Eddy. The 7-year-old attends Cab Calloway School of the Arts. It does not seem as though monitoring her social media activity would be helpful, as her last visible Facebook post is dated December 14, 2017.

In her bio, Eddy wrote: “I love gymnastics and hanging out with my friends and sisters.” Her sister, Tyler Christine Eddy, attended Alexis I. duPont High School, and is currently studying at West Virginia University, in Morgantown. She is set to graduate in 2021.

Their mother, Valerie Bowers Eddy, has been married for 21 years and has two other daughters.
